David Rettig, PE, joins Sam Schwartz as Vice President
Sam Schwartz is pleased to announce that David Rettig, PE, has joined the firm as a Vice President.
David is an accomplished public-sector transportation leader with a record of delivering major policy priorities and improving government operations. He comes to Sam Schwartz after a distinguished 35-year career at the New York State Department of Transportation; most recently, as Director of the Office of Regional Planning and Program Coordination, David oversaw the development and delivery of the Department’s $3.2 billion Capital Program. His wide-ranging experience also encompasses strategic planning, funding, engineering, and policy.
