Stacey Meekins, AICP

As the Director of the Transportation Planning team, Stacey Meekins oversees project management, quality assurance, and general operations. Ms. Meekins also manages active transportation projects, including master plans for pedestrian and bicycle mobility, bikeshare planning, and safety analysis and research. She has worked with communities, from large urban centers to small suburban towns, to identify safety concerns and develop short and long-term improvements. She has completed research focused on bicycle and pedestrian safety, mobility, and emerging countermeasures at the national level for the Federal Highway Administration as well as at the state and local levels, including the Michigan and Chicago Departments of Transportation.
