King County Metro Microtransit First/Last Mile Access to Park and Rides Pilot

Sam Schwartz provided program management services to Ford Smart Mobility to facilitate execution of this pilot project to provide micro­transit service for first/last mile on-demand service to East Gate Park and Ride. The scope included development of a performance monitor­ing dashboard to track and visualize dozens of performance metrics and facilitate project learning and service evolution. In addition, Sam Schwartz documented project characteristics that relate to equity and accessibility of the service and developed a service operations guide­book and full program management plan.
