Drawing on over 25 years of transportation engineering and project management experience in New York City and the surrounding region, Don provides unmatched value in the management and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects. He develops strategies that have resulted in time and cost savings to city and state agencies on urban corridor studies, bridge rehabilitation efforts, and highway reconstruction and removal projects across the state, including Design-Build procurements. A talented and valued advocate for our clients and partners, Don will support the firm’s continued growth trajectory by providing outstanding customer service on our highest-profile projects.
